The auditorium and Sky Lobby Conferencing center are available to tenants for use on a reservation basis, both of these venues are ideal for tenant executive meetings.
The executive Auditorium is located on the Street Level Lobby. It comfortably seats up to 152 people for a theatre-style meeting, as many as 96 for classroom style, and a maximum standing occupancy capacity of 355 people. The Auditorium includes a wireless, handheld touch panel which provides easy control of lights, shades, and audio/visual features. A lectern is stationed in the front of the room for presentations in conjunction with a mobile Carrera marble top credenza located in the back for serving.

The Sky Lobby Conference room located on the 58th floor of the building provides a stunning, unparalleled view of Houston’s Central Business District. The conference room includes high ceilings and glass, double-pane windows reaching heights of up to 31 feet. The room includes a 20 foot, Natural Ribbon Sapele wood table which comfortably seats 16, in addition to a mobile Carrera marble top credenza for serving.

Tenants who wish to reserve a conference room may do so by logging in and making a request through the Conference Room Scheduler. Once the request is received and accepted by Management, tenants will be notified for further arrangements.
